I went there in Sept 2026 for the first time. I felt bad because they were going to close in 15 minutes but it was the only time I could go. I expected them to be a little upset but the 2 guys there couldn’t have been nicer! They did their upsale of wipers and stuff which I’m sure they’re required to do, like most places, but I told them I couldn’t afford it. They didn’t pressure me or make me feel bad like others have. They changed my oil and I was out of there in about 12 minutes. Very friendly place!
Love Take5 for oil changes! Both times I’ve been there I’ve been greeted with a bottle of water and zero wait time. Also fasted oil changes ever! Just bc it’s fast doesn’t mean they don’t thoroughly check all the things. Also no hard pressure sales tactics on extras. I see whatever they show me as they pull it out of my vehicle bc I’m still in it. Probably one of my favorite parts is that I don’t leave my car. Would highly recommend!
I have tried many Take 5’s and each one has been great in its own way. This newest location in my area did exceptional work on my vehicle. They were prompt and polite. The two crew members worked well together and managed mine and another customer simultaneously without delay. I definitely will be returning for future service. Highly recommend this location.
