The location on Beltline in Farmers Branch The gentleman's there was wonderful. The first young man came out to ask what I needed. I informed him that I received an email from them about a tire rotation and a oil change as he politely informed me that I did not need an oil change yet, also that they did not do tire rotations which they were surprised that I received an email and it was for their specific location (we laughed) They proceeded to check everything else for me nicely and informed me that I needed a filter change as well as antifreeze and another gentleman came out and was very helpful as we were all surprised jokingly laughing that I received an email for tire rotation and they did not do tire rotation, then the owner came out as well. And I had a good conversation with all 3 of them, they all helped me tremendously, and I was very happy to be there, even though these were 3 new guys as they informed me that the other guy that I loved to help me a lot moved to a different location. I will still be coming to that location. Because those 3 did wonderful and complimented me on my Big Girl Truck.😁❤️

Correcting mistakes is just as important as getting things right the first time. I went for an oil change and they discovered that they had used the wrong oil. I am not a car expert so had they left it as is I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they owned the mistake, took care of the cost and got me the right materials. I'll take honesty over perfection any day, especially when it comes to cars.

Even with how busy it was, CJ and Octavian never looked stressed or frustrated. They stayed calm, professional, and genuinely respectful to every customer. You could tell they weren’t just trying to get cars in and out—they cared about giving people a great experience. What really stood out was Octavian offering my wife and me bottled water while we waited. It wasn’t something he had to do, but it’s those little things that show someone truly cares about customer service. I also want to give a shout-out to Diego. He came in when we were almost finished, and from the moment he walked through the door, he was ready to jump in, help his coworkers, and keep things moving. That says a lot about the kind of team they have here. Honestly, the best part wasn’t just the oil change—it was seeing a group of humble, hardworking people who treated each other and their customers with respect. That’s becoming harder and harder to find these days. Because of CJ, Octavian, and Diego, Take 5 earned customers for life. If management sees this, these guys deserve recognition. They represent your business the right way. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this location to our family and friends.
