The attention to customer comfortability as well as ensuring there’s a clear understanding to the services being completed, is unmatched! Shops often get a bad rep for potentially engaging in sneaky or underhanded work for the sake of making the extra dollar. The transparency here is refreshing! Furthermore, working in an environment where you are subject to different weather conditions and expected to maintain positive energy is not for the weak. The team I witnessed working July 3rd were impeccable! They were friendly, they were attentive, and they were quick! They were immaculate! Not my first time here but my first time leaving a review. Kudos to a solid team! Kudos to solid work! Job well done!
Julio really took care of me. I came in for an oil change and they discovered some issues with my oil housing. Although they couldn't service me the same day for that issue, which was understood, the next day was better. Julio met me with open arms, a friendly attitude and a great work ethic. They solved my issue in a manner of minutes and I was on my way. Very thankful to him and the rest of the crew here at this location. Cannot recommend them enough.
The best Take 5 I've visited. Went to Firestone early (7) for a state inspection only for the employees to be late arriving and then telling me they can't do inspections until Tuesday at 10. I went to this Take 5 and Ryan serviced me. He had a good personality and knew what he was doing. Even better, he worked efficiently and got me back home by 7:30/7:45. There are other Take 5 locations where the employees are just lethargic and low-key lazy, but not this one.
