⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I originally intended to write a very different review after an issue with my skid plate left me unable to get my oil changed and several weeks of trying to get the matter resolved. However, my most recent visit completely changed the experience for me, and I especially want to recognize Sidney (“Sid”), the manager. Sid remembered me and the issue I had been dealing with, which had been WEEKS of frustration.She was friendly, professional, patient, and—most importantly—willing to actually help. Rather than passing the problem along or telling me to contact someone else, she took the time to see what she could do herself. She was able to remove the skid plate so that my oil change could finally be completed. Excellent customer service isn’t just about everything going perfectly the first time—sometimes it’s about how someone responds when it hasn’t. Sid handled my situation with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help, and I sincerely appreciate her for it. She is an asset to this location and absolutely deserves to be recognized.
I came in because of an oil leak after a recent oil change. From the moment I arrived, I received outstanding customer service. A professional young lady greeted me, offered me a cold bottle of water on a very hot day, and immediately checked out my concern. She found that the drain plug was damaged and replaced it at no charge. Her professionalism, care, and willingness to help was impressive. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she exceeded my expectations. I later learned that she was the store manager, which made perfect sense given the way she handled everything. I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate the excellent service I received.
I came for an oil change. I wasn’t for sure if I even need an oil change. James and his team were amazing. He checked my dipstick and it turns out that I’m not ready for oil change yet. this is a recently purchased used car. I 100% recommend this place because of their honesty.
