⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in with kind of an emergency situation—my truck unexpectedly started overheating, and I had two kids in the car with me. There were already two vehicles ahead of us, but AJ, Ian, and Jayden immediately recognized the situation and went above and beyond. They worked quickly to get the vehicles ahead of us taken care of and even brought cold bottles of water out for all of us while we waited. They got my truck in, figured out what was going on, and had everything fixed up quickly. Great service, great communication, and most importantly, they genuinely cared about helping us out when we were in a tough spot. Huge thank you to AJ, Ian, and Jayden for taking care of us. Definitely a 5-star experience!
They are very kind, honest, and explain everything clearly while showing you what they are talking about and don’t recommend to do things that don’t actually need to be done. They also corrected overfilled tires on two brand new tires I had installed somewhere else earlier that day which kept me and my family safe. The service was fast- I didn’t have to spend 3 hours of my day waiting or arranging for a ride while I waited. I will definitely be back.
Awesome experience at Take 5! Jaydyn provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and got my oil change taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality. Great customer service and an easy, smooth experience all around. Definitely earned the 5 stars I’ll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
