Thank you Colton and G! You guys worked great together and fast. Even at 7:30am they were busy but still faster and more efficient than anywhere else I’ve been. As a mom with a toddler this was a great experience staying in the car and being in and out before my kid could even get upset was amazing! I will be back! Also if pricing is a problem check the website they have coupons which made my total basically the same as other places but also I’m happy to pay a little more for the convenience and service they provided it is well worth it.
Had a great experience at the Decatur Take 5 Oil Change Not happy about the prize that is not something they can control they were professional. They met us at the car with a bottle of water as my wife would like one too. We already had drinks so we declined. He told us it would be just a little bit because they had other clients they were taken care of very professional never had to leave the car. Nice touch showed us the oil changed out the air filter it was dirty definitely would go back and do business with them.5 STARS 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I had 2 vehicles oil changed with a week. One, they didn’t have the filter and sent someone to the local auto parts store to get one. Obviously, that oils change took longer than I planned. On the second vehicle they had the filter but after they finished, they could reset the oil change setting. The people are friendly enough, but both oil changes ended up taking much longer than advertised.
