Abdel, I believe, did an amazing job at being clear, communicative, and kind. I am accustomed to being recommended every kind of extra fix up whenever I receive an oil change, regardless recent maintenance. Abded was honest and did not recommend any maintenance for things that did not need it. The process was speedy and I enjoy the fact that I do not have to step out of the car during the change. The manager was equally kind. Would recommend this place to anyone. Especially recommended for those who are tired of the constant, unnecessary, upsell.
Anthony was the technician who first approached me. He was kind and pleasant. It was close to closing time . He worked efficiently without making me feel rushed. Dakota also he stepped in to help as a team. He was also kind and pleasant. Anthony noticed that I need my coolant changed , because it was a big concern . I agreed. The gentleman worked hand in hand checking over my car over filling fluids and filling my tires. That’s great customer service. I will most definitely be back as a loyal customer. This particular location is closer to where I live. I love the convenience of that. I will also, refer my friends.
The young men, Luise and Abdel were highly professional, patient to explain, processes and options. They were fast and friendly presenting Take 5 in a superior fashion. I will return.
