Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Jose, Marquise, and Abdel took great care of me. All three were friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They knew what they were doing and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location, especially Jose, Marquise, and Abdel!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Marquess! He’s an exceptional manager who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing excellent service really stood out. You can tell he goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. Take 5 is lucky to have him!
Abdel, I believe, did an amazing job at being clear, communicative, and kind. I am accustomed to being recommended every kind of extra fix up whenever I receive an oil change, regardless recent maintenance. Abded was honest and did not recommend any maintenance for things that did not need it. The process was speedy and I enjoy the fact that I do not have to step out of the car during the change. The manager was equally kind. Would recommend this place to anyone. Especially recommended for those who are tired of the constant, unnecessary, upsell.
