I received an oil change Saturday, August 8, 2026 around 9am-10am. It was a shame the young lady there alone! Staffing is apparently a problem! Since I had to wait for almost hour to get an oil change- I should request a refund, but I would hate for my request to have any repercussions on the young lady who SHOWED UP FOR WORK! ( if commissions applies) She was professional, sweet, and honest with the amount of time it would take to receive an oil change completed. (since she was alone🙄) She completed oil changes and state inspections alone! She executed her job flawlessly! I wish a could remember her name, but she was at the Inwood location! Give her a raise and Kudos for repping your company ethically and professionally!
I love this location but all bays should not be open if there isn't sufficient staff. From what I could tell, there was one person doing the oil changes, one person checking in cars and another person doing inspections. I waited for an hour to get my oil changed because they could only do one car at a time and each bay was 3 cars deep. Got in line at 1:17p, pulled into bay at 2:06, oil change completed at 2:28, inspection started at 2:39, rolled out at 2:45. I had already come by twice today so I just bit the bullet and waited but it was frustrating to waste that much of my afternoon. Don't want to knock down stars for a one time thing because everyone was wonderful but just something to be aware of and maybe change.
Very good experience. I’ve been coming to this location for years and always liked the service but this is the first time that I felt compelled to leave a review. The service was absolutely amazing, and I didn’t receive any incentives or discounts to say that. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and even offered water. That should be the standard everywhere. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable and they got me in and out in just a few minutes. I’d recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Margo and Collin, yall are great!!!
