I’ve been going here for over 5 years. About 2 years ago I had some slower than usual experiences and thought about finding a new place. I don’t know what they did but they’re now faster and more diligent than ever. Somehow they get you in and out but also don’t rush you. They’ll offer valid advice and services but don’t push to up sell you. If you go here (which you should) be sure to honk as you leave. The guy working on my Jeep the other day even gave me a fist bump on the way out. Love them!
A two man team demonstrated a service-orientation. Greeted Informed on the estimated wait Service completed in a timely manner I wish had paid attention to both men’s names on their uniforms. Alex and…? I left feeling encouraged by the willingness to be professional in the midst of seemingly endless heat and after an eleven hour day.
The gentleman that took care of me today were awesome! Quick service. Juan gave me the full run down of all the things being done to my vehicle today. I was given information on all my options and future options. They even gave me a bottle of water! Thank you team it was an excellent experience!
