Everyone was polite and professional. Alex performed the inspection, oil change and other necessary maintenance. Alex explained each step and took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with each step. This is very important as a female with limited understanding regarding my car’s mechanical issues. I was very appreciative of the effort and time Alex took with me. I highly recommend Take Five for ladies who want to trust a mechanic. I will definitely be a regular customer!
Was at the car was on Sunday morning after Church. Looked across the street and noticed the my local “Take 5 Oil shop was open. Arrived about 8:45 a.m. The attendant came to my Truck and I asked for an oil change it had been 3 months. They showed me my oil dip stick and told me I only had driven 1900 miles on my high mileage oil. They said the oil was clean and since I was not putting many miles on my truck they recommended I forego the oil change for another couple of months. Needless to say I was happy and pleasantly surprised. I then purchased two filters for my cab and being a 16 yr old truck with 175000 miles they asked if I’d had my differential oil checked or changed. I had not so they accommodated me and showed me the oil and I had it changed. They worked as a team and were pleasant and very good at their job. I felt the service was great they helped me with my issues and now I’m good with my truck for another quarter. I was in and out quickly and the gents deserved several honks on my way out. This is the way business should be conducted. Thank you and keep up the great work. Highly recommend this place on Forest Lane in Dallas 75234.
