I realized my car's registration had expired. The next day was Labor Day so not sure if Take 5 would be open. They've done my last several inspections and I love how convenient they are - both the location, speed and getting a bottle of water to drink while they work is a nice touch. They were friendly, the staff were laughing and joking around with each other while getting their work done. I loved that part! It was 100 degrees outside and they still had a great attitude! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I saw a lot of negative comments on NextDoor about Take 5 in general. I don't know about other locations but this one has been wonderful. See ya'll next year!
Great experience overall. The team was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional from start to finish. They took care of everything quickly without making the service feel rushed, and I really appreciated how efficient and helpful they were. My oil change was done much faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable service. Shout out to the Manager there who was very attentive as well.
