Oil Change in Dallas, TX at 5720 E. Mockingbird Ln..

I was overly impressed with how detailed oriented they were and showing me everything that was going on and I knew I needed an oil change and they really made it easy. I even had my air filter changed because it was definitely overdue and they were really good about it. They did not push me for any extras and made sure I did not get a package that I did not need. Because of that I was able to change my air filter. I wish I remembered or had written down their names because everybody was excellent. The entire team is an A++

I happened to stop by the Take 5 on Mockingbird on my way home to Plano, and I’m genuinely glad I did. I pulled in only about 30 minutes before closing, but you never would’ve known it from the way they treated me. Chris, David, and Terrence were outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and just genuinely nice guys. I came in trying to figure out exactly what my car needed for its 100,000-mile service, and instead of rushing me out the door or trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, they took the time to explain what was important, what I should be looking at, and how I should approach it. They answered my questions and helped me leave actually understanding what needed to be done instead of just handing me a receipt. That especially impressed me considering I showed up so close to closing. Nobody made me feel like an inconvenience or acted like they were counting the seconds until I left. They were just helpful from beginning to end. This location isn’t particularly close to home for me, but I’ll absolutely make the drive back out to Mockingbird for future service. Finding people you actually trust with your car is worth the extra miles. Huge thanks to Chris, David, and Terrence. You guys earned a repeat customer. 10/10.

I’ve been coming here for two years now and each visit is easy and hassle free. The staff is always kind and super helpful. I realized that my registration was about to expire and asked about inspections. Service tech explained the emissions test and said they did it there. They were almost done with my oil change, and had a bay full of cars, but he said they could get it done, no problem. Instead of waiting until the last minute, I was able to get this crossed off my to do list ahead of time. They have a great team here. Thank you!!
