I have a relatively new car and all of a sudden the lights started coming on that my tires were very low. It made me really nervous and I saw Take 5 and immediately stopped in. I was greeted with a smiling gentleman named William who was holding a COLD water and asked me if I would like it. I did! I showed him what was happening and he immediately checked all four tires, aired them and showed me how to calibrate or something technical on my dashboard… don’t know all that stuff! William was friendly, quick and amazing! I will forever be a customer thanks to him!
I was fortunate enough to work with Chris at Take 5 at the Mockingbird location in Dallas. He provided excellent service to me when I went to get my oil change the other day. From the clear communication informing me of the options available, to the recommendations that made sense to my specific car. He was very professional! Thanks for the great experience.
Really great service. Only needed a state inspection, but my need was handled quickly with kind respect shown. Filled up my tires, checked the fluids, and checked the ac (behind your glove compartment) and air filters. Both were filthy after 3 years driving in Dallas. Showed me the new parts matched and were factory Mazda parts. Great experience. Out very quickly too.
