⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service & Great Leadership! I had a really good experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Friday. From the moment I pulled in, Mr. Isaac made the experience welcoming and friendly, even offering me a bottle of water right away. I also want to recognize Mr. Josue, who took the initiative to check my tire pressure and make sure everything was taken care of. Those little extra steps really make a difference and show that someone takes pride in their work. A special shout-out to the manager, Mr. Brandon. What stood out to me was seeing him working alongside his team, showing the guys how things should be done instead of simply telling them what to do. To me, that’s what good leadership looks like—leading by example. Overall, great customer service, great teamwork, and a very positive experience. Mr. Isaac and Mr. Josue definitely deserve recognition, and Mr. Brandon is doing a great job developing and supporting his team. Keep up the great work, gentlemen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A breath of fresh air. Efficient and professional, the techs and management were running the place like a well oiled machine. Thank you Brandon, Brayden and Alteri for taking care of business and for the good convo. To be frank, there’s always a risk of getting ripped off when getting work done but they got everything done and then some for a fair price and great service. Will be returning to talk about bass and get my oil changed again.
I wanted to take q moment to review this place work ( N Fry rd location ) Now mind you they close at 7pm , I got there at 6:15pm ( August 13th )and I the boys working there welcomed me like if was 9 am , 105 degrees and this team made the experience quick and very efficient for my oil change , walking me through all the process. I recommend this placed if you’re looking for a quick and very professional team. 10/10
