I had a great experience at Take 5! Case changed my oil, and the service was fast, professional, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of without any pressure. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. I really appreciate his positive attitude and attention to detail. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Case if you visit!
Had my first visit to the new Take 5 location here at Crossroads off 380. The technicians were polite, and quick. I used a coupon and got $25 off my service, and they do free tops offs which is a great added value. I'll definitely be back when I don't have several hours to wait as is the case with most shops around here have. I never remember to schedule my oil changes and they got me back on the road fast. Their prices are a bit higher but I see that as a convenience fee for folks like me that don't plan ahead. Thanks guys!!
I've never had as quick and friendly an experience getting an oil change. I thought it'd be at least an hour, but it took just over 10 minutes with three people helping to get the job done fast, and I didn't even have to get out of my car! I will definitely come back. Thank you!
