A few weeks ago, I took my Ford F-250 to a different location here in the Robstown area, and unfortunately, they completely screwed up my truck. An employee poured oil into my coolant reservoir, leaving my truck undrivable. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because I needed my truck back that same day. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I’ve also seen quite a few bad reviews for different locations throughout Nueces County. Last night, I saw the location on Saratoga near Airline was open, and even though I was hesitant after my previous experience, I decided to give them another chance. I’m extremely busy with work, and I know that one bad location doesn’t necessarily mean every location is bad. I’ve also had a good experience at the Calallen location in the past. BUT THIS LOCATION deserves a FIVE-STAR rating from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Saratoga location near Airline did an absolutely GREAT job on my Expedition. They assured me that their work was top-notch and, knowing about my previous experience, they promised to take care of me — and they absolutely did! I want to personally thank Carmen, Jason, and the nighttime manager for going above and beyond, treating me with respect, and making sure the job was done right. It’s refreshing to have a business stand behind its work and actually care about making things right. Thank you to the Saratoga team for restoring my confidence. I truly appreciate the great service! 👏🏼⭐️
Dylan and his crew at the Take 5 Oil Change in Corpus Christi @ saratoga truly went the extra mile for me. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out from the moment I pulled in. They didn’t just service my vehicle — they made sure I understood everything, checked things I didn’t even think to ask about, and treated me with real respect. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated. I left feeling taken care of and confident in the work they did. Highly recommend Dylan and his crew — they set the standard for excellent service. I won’t go anywhere else now. Five stars all the way.
Went to get a routine oil change, service was great and they always get oil change done quick. I believe technician accidentally knocked throttle body sensor because as I left the parking lot my car starting idling rough then died. Two technicians were nice enough to help me push back my car back into the bay and who I believe was the shop manager helped fix the check engine light code which was attributed to throttle body. 5-10 minutes later and I was out. The manager made sure to follow me in his car to make sure my car didn’t die again. Accidents happen and they made sure to get it fixed right back up. Thank yall!
