The oil light came on in my vehicle as I was coming into town off the Harbor Bridge, so I drove straight to Take 5. They changed my oil last time and I was way behind on getting it changed. I was exhausted and I was on my way home from work, but didnt want to chance the drive back over the bridge early tomorrow morning. Ricardo greeted me with a nice cold bottle of (much needed) water. He was so nice and professional, as were the other 2 men who helped finish the work. As i left, I was focusing on driving out of the bay and didn't honk for great service (as the little sign says as you are leaving) so I felt bad and decided to come here and make this review to hopefully, make up for it. Thank you for making my life easier today.🙏
Great place to get routine service for your vehicle in under 30 minutes. The service person checked all filters, checked my oil and coolant at no extra charge. He asked if I wanted to replace filters and gave me a price. All was done in less than 30 minutes. Normally I would leave my car at the dealership to get it serviced, which is so inconvenient. The young men at Take 5 are very professional and efficient. I left there a happy camper. I give them a big 10!
They are always good here. Always friendly and provide great service on both of my vehicles. I highly recommend them. I also want to say that Shelby and Zakwan were top notch. They know what they are doing and helped me greatly. I appreciate the service and will continue going to them as long as they are in the neighborhood.
