They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about taking care of their customers. The service was fast, the staff was knowledgeable, and my vehicle was treated with care. It’s honestly refreshing to find a place where you can get great service without feeling like just another customer. When I got to Take 5 in Copperas Cove, there was only one employee, the manager, due to some staffing issues. Despite that, he got my truck into the bay as quickly as he could and went over the choices of services and promptly got the oil change service going. He even recommended a replacement part for my Tacoma related to the oil filter that would save me from troubles in the future.
I love the honesty and professionalism of the people at Take 5, I thought that I was due for an oil change but discovered that I was just due for a free top off. They could have easily charged me for an oil change and I wouldn't have known any difference but they operate with integrity.
