I have only gotten my oil changed at take 5 locations the last 6 years. This was one of the slowest I have been too for trucks. But I also am not sure of all services they were getting. After not being greeted with water when I arrived and waiting an hour to pull in and get service it was great after that. I will return again I will just make sure they do not have diesels in each lane for service so I do not have to wait so long.
They were very attentive and, checked everything such as my wiper blades, ac & cabin filters along with my fluids. I'm happy they noticed my coolant was low, it was time to replace and renew the coolant. Answered all my questions. It was a great experience. The only issue i had was their sense of urgency, and mainly because I happen to be the only customer at the time, first of the day around 7:30am.
It was a little busy on a Tuesday, but Bryan and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. They made sure I was doing okay during the wait as well as letting me know updates throughout the steps of checking my vehicle. I would recommend this to anyone needing an oil change or any car checking.
