Brandon, the Assistant Manager, is kind and understands the customer experience, and he offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited on a hot, humid Texas day. I am intentional with my spending; thus, he reminded me of my nephew, who just took care of my car while I waited. You remain in your car in an open cool bay, and they do everything else. Highly professional, and more importantly, affordable. P.S. They work on all imports and offer other services like windshield wiper blade repair, washer fluid, power steering, and tire pressure. Austin is also awesome, and they worked as a team! Thank you both! Lady friendly, highly respectful.
I was unsure about my auto settings on an oil change. Your service technician assured me that it was not time to get a change even though my auto settings indicated, my car had not been driven and didn't even need to be topped off. He suggested that I returned in about 3mo. For the correct time frame of the oil change. This was honestly the most honest service that I've ever experienced from an auto service center. I will always choose this center, and recommend others.
