Came in for an oil change and I was greeted with a friendly smile and how can I help you even offer water they were very friendly and explained everything to me that needed to be done and checked all my fluids. This was one of the best places that I have been to that kept me laughing and they done an excellent job it wasn’t messy they wiped everything off it was a pleasant experience. I will go there again good job guys
James and Chandler were awesome today. Visited on 5/10 and honestly I’ve been to a bunch of oil change places but these guys were incredible. James was the perfect blend of humorous and knowledgeable when it came to helping us. He had great selling techniques where we wanted to buy additional things but unfortunately due to stock, they were out. Anywho James is a great employee deserves a raise, he is exactly what ppl need to see when coming to such a stressful place. Chandler was also just as great and deserves high praise for quickly getting the oil change done. This dynamic duo is EXTREMELY GREAT!
I arrived at 7:45 am. knowing they did not open until 8:00 am. Imagine my surprise when they waved me in at 7:45 am. started my oil change, said air filter would be good until next time. Showed we why it would be the right time to change my rear end fluid. Finished a few minutes after 8:00 am. Amazing, thanks Luis & James!
