Great experience today! I was told they are under new management since the summer after I said i can tell a difference in the shop and their enjoyment at work. It's apparent that the environment internally is healthier bc everyone today was very pleasant with friendly communication, timeliness, and staying busy if they weren't with a vehicle. Everyone was working together well. Will be back!
The staff is very fast and friendly I received great service what stood out the most was attention to detail , and the knowledge provided from the staff the mod Edward was very professional and greeted us with waters and smile that made us feel very welcomed my service writer nick was very knowledgeable as well .if I could give 10 starts I would
I had a very positive experience at this location. The two service technicians were polite and knowledgeable and very thorough with the information and service. To see two young women mechanics working so hard in 95° heat in a shop with no fans was inspiring. I told them to be sure and stay hydrated, they are expecting fans in two day's so thats a relief. In todays lazy world these ladies deserve all the credit and a round of applause! Thank you♡
