They worked very professionally and efficiently. They were also always very courteous, respectful, and friendly. They provided the services I needed quickly, and they were very thorough…even steps to wipe off any fingerprints that may have been left on the hood. They made my short visit relaxed and pleasant. I was impressed by how they provided routine services - oil change and emissions inspection - that they probably provide 100s of times.
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Riley, Wyatt, and Liz! From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was top tier. Even though they were extremely busy and constantly moving, every single person stayed professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit.Liz, the manager, runs an amazing crew. You can tell she leads by example and keeps everything organized while still making customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Riley and Wyatt were both incredibly communicative and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into anything. They took the time to answer questions, kept me updated during the service, and made sure everything was done right.What really stood out to me was how hardworking and respectful the whole team was despite the rush. They handled the pressure with great attitudes and still treated every customer with care and patience. It’s rare these days to find a crew that works this efficiently while also making people feel valued.If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, hardworking employees, and people who genuinely care about doing a good job, I highly recommend this Take 5 location. Really enjoyed my experience here, I went to the one by the JRB base and the employee there clearly didn't want to work, told me to come back at noon or pay for the most expensive oil change they had. *Literally his words* went to the one here in Benbrook, the young lady although by herself got the job done fairly quickly and explained different services they had and offered recommendations without trying to make me pay. The cherry on top was the complementary carwash they offer after getting serviced. Would highly recommend this location and actually the car wash, way better quality than some of the other car washes in the area.
