The service at this location was fine. Ive been going to Take 5 for some time when I lived in a different area and had a good experience. At this location, when I initially pulled up, one of the mechanics told me right away they didn't service my car. I was under the assumption that maybe it had been a franchise location issue until he looked me up in their system and found I'd been using their service for some time. They begin the oil change, everything goes fine with that particular task. At the end a different mechanic who was overseeing the oil change says they topped off my wiper fluid and that I was good to go. I decided to use ny wipers a few minutes later down the road and found it was still empty. Overall the customer service isnt as good as other locations but they changed my oil which was all I cared about. I'd appreciate a little more patience and being a little more thorough in the future but overall, not terrible.
The team worked really well together and did a great job explaining services. I noticed how young manager lead and he answered the employee questions in an encouraging manner that the employees seem to respect and want to learn from him. He is a great LEADER and MANAGER. The young man who explained the service and rang me up was very professional and polite. Thank guys!
The Take 5 in Bellaire, on Bissonnet ,was fantastic! Having left a very sub par Take 5 location ,I was happy to find 2 very efficient and polite employees at this facility. The guys were knowledgeable and helpful , I will return here next time I need an oil change. Wish I had known to look for a coupon before hand , it would have been good to save a little money .
