Seth did a fantastic job with my oil change! It was just Seth and another employee running the shop by themselves, but they still provided great service and handled everything professionally. Seth was friendly, efficient, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate the hard work and excellent customer service, especially considering how busy they were. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for great service!
Went to lumberton to get oil change and was told they didn't have my oil or filter.they told me the Beaumont location had it.went to Beaumont and they had everything. They couldn't find the cabin air filter in lumberton. It took about 1 minute to watch a video to find it .Was told by the shop manager that if they didn't have what they needed she would go pick it up. Will be using the Beaumont location on Folsom Dr from now on.
This is a great place to go get your oil changed and out of all the times I have gotten my oil change not once has anybody asked me if I wanted them to check my cabin filter didn't even know that existed, I said yes and when she pulled the cabin filter out it was so nasty. This place is really good and I won't go anywhere else
