I visited Take 5 at this location on Baker Road I've been here a few times for the most part I've always been satisfied but this last visit not so much the young man who helped me he was nice I had never seen him before but it's a lady that works at this location and she does not seen to Friendly I remember not wanting to pay for a filter and not wanting my windshield wipers replaced and I felt like when she walked past me and went into the location she said something negative to the young men that were standing in there and everyone stared at me that's really not good customer service when you make the customer feel bad by not wanting to purchase any extra items than what you actually came to get for that reason I won't be coming back to this location and I also feel like you should ask the customer before you go tugging and pulling on things it almost seemed like she broke something under my hood trying to take the filter out she could have avoided all that struggle by asking me if I wanted her to check my filter
Staff was very friendly at the Baker location, quick to greet me at my car. Listened to my concerns and was able to give me an answer on what to follow up with. Knowledgeable about my vehicle. I came in contact with 3 staff members who greeted me at my car at some point during my service and all offered me water. I felt obligated to take one by the fourth offering. Very pleased with the quick and friendly service first thing in the morning.
We did a really good job. I appreciate what they've done and I like the speedy resolution to the inspection. Inspection went completely smoothly. I didn't have any problems whatsoever and I would definitely take it back for inspections. I would definitely suggestion to someone else. If there might be a super coupon involved 😎.You can go e the exclusive hookups 50%!!!!
