I had an incredible experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The customer service here is absolute top-tier. Ben, Jose, and Katana were all extremely professional, friendly, and outgoing from the moment I pulled up. They made the whole process fast, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Their exceptional service completely won me over, and this will definitely be my main go-to location for all my future oil changes. Highly recommend coming here if you want fast service and a crew that truly cares about their customers!
John was absolutely wonderful today!! I’ve had a long month, and a lot of car issues, and it was really nice to have someone that cared. I came in with a bad attitude and he honestly helped me so much both with my car and personally that I was able to walk out of there with a smile instead of a frown. Thank you John! And take 5, hold onto this guy!
Freaking awesome service by John. Oil change was easy peasy and didn’t try to upsell me. He also managed to get my car started when it died in the bay. Thanks John!!
