I went to the William Cannon location in Austin Texas and was told by an employee there that they were unable to perform the oil change because they only had one employee there the individual was by himself and he explained to me that one employee must be in the pit underneath the car and the other on the floor for safety reasons so I left and went to another Take 5 oil change location off of Oltorf Street in Austin Texas it was there where I had my oil changed there were two employees there by the name of Julian and Gage they both worked efficiently they were friendly and they had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes they even offered me a bottled water. The only thing I did not receive was a sticker to show me when my next top off date and my oil change date were to occur so they had to write it on the receipt but other than that everything was great! I had to travel to two different locations to get the oil change but I got it done, thank you!
I recently had my oil changed along with a cabin air filter replacement, and the experience was excellent. The service was quick, professional, and clearly explained from start to finish. My engine runs smoother, and I immediately noticed cleaner, fresher air inside the car after the new cabin filter was installed. The staff completed everything on time without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the visit pleasant. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience that gave me confidence my vehicle is well maintained. I would definitely return for future maintenance.
Jesus, the manager, and Chris did an excellent job. When I arrived we were given bottles of water, and they went to work. My air filter needed replacing, my fluids were checked and I even got my state emissions test completed. I opted for the Penzoil upgrade because I won’t need another oil change for 15,000 miles. But it comes with a free top off at 3000 miles. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and quick. I never got out of my car. I would highly recommend this business! 🙌
