I had such a great experience at this take 5 location. The two gentleman that assisted my mom and I were professional, quick, attentive, and extremely efficient. We truly appreciate the services offered and level of comfort they provided during our visit. They both took their time to explain all the process of what they were completing for my vehicle. I love that I don’t have to worry about false information or aggressive sales tactics on services. It was extremely transparent that they were there to help their customer. Thank you for a great experience.
Amazing service! Went here on a Hectic Friday for a TX State Inspection. It was One and done! Pulled up, Stayed in my car, they did what They had to do and I was done. The manager of this location I assume was Incredibly helpful. She was that Boss Lady who had the command in that place. You can tell she runs that Place. Absolutely helpful, Professional and Very kind. I’ll definitely come back.
I love these guys. I normally go to the one on 183 but I needed an inspection and oil change so the nice girl there was honest with me when I pulled in and told me theirs was down and sent me here so I could get them both done. First off I love the stay in your car setup. Right when I pulled in Tyreek got me in, I told him what I needed ,and he started knocking everything out. My airfilter was nasty, he showed me, I agreed to replace. They offer the service to you, take it or leave it. No pushed sales BS. They even show you the filter so its transparent. Anyways he did all the work quick. The customer service Tyreek delivered was amazing. 10/10 I will be using Take 5 for all my oil changes and inspection needs.
