I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I originally gave a one star but, my bad, I misread the receipt and thought I was being over charged. Please accept my apologies. I would like to upgrade my rating and say the rest of my experience was very good. The entire experience was explained by the rep. They were out of regular oil that day and were very gracious if didn't want the higher grade oil. So overall recommend.
Raquan, Gonzalo, Dre, and Tyreek were informative, attentive, kind, and answered all my questions. They were also patient in the face of my indecision. This is the second time going to Take5, and the second time Raquan was my service writer. Both times he was knowledgeable without being pushy. I appreciate all of the help provided and now have my permanent place for oil changes and service checks. Thanks, yall!
I had such a great experience at this take 5 location. The two gentleman that assisted my mom and I were professional, quick, attentive, and extremely efficient. We truly appreciate the services offered and level of comfort they provided during our visit. They both took their time to explain all the process of what they were completing for my vehicle. I love that I don’t have to worry about false information or aggressive sales tactics on services. It was extremely transparent that they were there to help their customer. Thank you for a great experience.
