The 5 stars is only for Joseph, He provided above and beyond service all by himself multiple cars deep. It’s clear he is all by himself as I could see the parking lot and observed there’s no one else there. I don’t know how this place runs their business, but doesn’t seem fair. There’s those exceptional employees that are hard to find. I really hope they give him the praise he deserves or a paid day off. Thank you, Joseph for being one of the few amazing humans that are despite the poor circumstances can provide the very best service
I took someone else's 2007 Honda odyssey in for an oil change. We couldn't find the hood latch. They hunted patiently but we still couldn't find it. The car had weathertech on front floorboard. We couldn't see the hood latch. Finally found it after they calmly hunted for it. Ethan and Joseph were great helping solve our dilemma. They found it, popped the hood promptly changed oil and got me on my way. Great service with great demeanor. This place was great and I highly recommend you get your vehicle serviced here. Cool employee's. Thanks again Ethan and Joseph
I wanted to complement your employee who worked with me on Sunday he was the Only employee at the store! We was overwhelmed but still pushed thru. What really impressed me was even though he was the only one there he called out all the safety checks I normally hear when there. He was upfront about being the only one working and i agreed to wait ! Give this guy a nice dinner for his customer service
