While doing the pre service check, the lead attendant pointed out possible future issues and some current issues of missing bolts for the air filter housing. During the oil change, the attendant explained the type of oil used and why, showed the old air filter compared to the new filter, and removed excess debris from the air filter housing and hoses. During the safety check before leaving, close inspection showed an issue that was quickly and easily corrected. I earned respect for both attendants. Thank you!
I am very pleased. I went in because my service light was saying I needed an oil change. The rep there was honest with me and said I previously paid for 7,500 mi oil so I was not due yet. They reset my service light and topped me off. In my eyes it made them seem very honest and didn’t just try and sell me another oil change before it was due. I am thankful and will be back.
Been going here for a while now and the other day we had the pleasure of dealing mostly with Bishop. The last three visits I had been informed I needed a new air filter and always wanted to proceed with the replacement but they never had my specific filter in stock and was always told, "We don't have it in, but we'll order one today so that next time you come in, we have some in stock for you" and this last visit was almost the exact same, but Bishop being the awesome tech he is, ordered one on the spot and asked if I didn't mind waiting so they could take care of it THAT DAY! Waited for about 10mins and I was on my way. Last few visits really disappointed me as far as management and other techs go, but I decided to just get it over with, this last visit, and I'm so happy we did. Will definitely be going back again! Bishop is an exceptional tech! 10/10
