Very detailed, communicated very well , teamwork was on point, got every filter I needed in stock , and didn't act upset to see me pull into the shop. Nice having enthusiasm and a good work ethic greet me and treat me like a valued part of the work day. I'll recommend going there to everybody I know. Good customer service is a rare thing in today's world . They have plenty and aren't afraid to show it .
Techs were friendly and helpful. They were very quick in getting oil changed and checked other fluids filters to make sure everything was in top shape if not let me know. Also would handle it and still didn't take to long in doing so.
I went to the Take 5 on Soncy and it was clear that the whole crew was professional, upbeat, and knew why they were doing. I need to brag particularly on on Caullin. He was not only extremely polite and respectful he was clearly good at his job and he ensured I knew what my vehicle needed while making sure I received all eligible discounts. Give this guy a raise or you won’t keep him. He’s too good.
