Five stars isn’t enough for Trent and Kevin at this Take 5! We’re visiting from Washington state and they took such incredible care of us. Honestly, this was the best oil change experience we’ve ever had, hands down. Both of them had wonderful, upbeat attitudes the entire time, and it means even more knowing they were working a holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to help us out, and we truly appreciated it. We’re only sad we live so far away, because we’d genuinely drive all the way back just to have Trent and Kevin change our oil again. If you’re in the area, this is the crew you want. Thank you both so much!
From the ding ding…we received water bottles from Pete. His energy is contagious. He is pleasant and has excellent customer service. We stopped in for an oil change left with our vehicle being cared for because the recommended services came from knowledge and concern. He treated our vehicle as his own. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely return.
First time using Take 5 for my own vehicle. Impressed with the service and price. Explained why they were vacuuming the oil out vs. using the drain plug and it got me thinking about the dealership and what they use to do. Price wise a few bucks more than the dealership, (not counting that the dealership ripped me off because I was supposed to get 36 months or 36k miles of "complimentary" service but didn't" but saved me 1/2 a day waiting in the showroom waiting area and traveling 30 minutes one way to the dealership. I'll be back...in 6k miles!
