Five stars isn’t enough for Trent and Kevin at this Take 5! We’re visiting from Washington state and they took such incredible care of us. Honestly, this was the best oil change experience we’ve ever had, hands down. Both of them had wonderful, upbeat attitudes the entire time, and it means even more knowing they were working a holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to help us out, and we truly appreciated it. We’re only sad we live so far away, because we’d genuinely drive all the way back just to have Trent and Kevin change our oil again. If you’re in the area, this is the crew you want. Thank you both so much!
First time using Take 5 for my own vehicle. Impressed with the service and price. Explained why they were vacuuming the oil out vs. using the drain plug and it got me thinking about the dealership and what they use to do. Price wise a few bucks more than the dealership, (not counting that the dealership ripped me off because I was supposed to get 36 months or 36k miles of "complimentary" service but didn't" but saved me 1/2 a day waiting in the showroom waiting area and traveling 30 minutes one way to the dealership. I'll be back...in 6k miles!
If you would have asked me two weeks ago about this place I would have told you don’t do it!!! The previous employees could have destroyed my truck! I went in today to explode, but they had a whole new staff and explained why they were all fired. They did a complete whole new oil change and showed me everything they were doing including the clean fresh oil they filled it with. Lance and Kevin were both amazing and I really really hope they stay there because I trust them with my baby. Thank you gentleman for wonderful customer service!
