Who knew that two cool dudes could elevate the mundane of an oil change into a refreshing breath of fresh air? Dustin and Kaleb were at the shop when I visited, and from the jump both were incredibly helpful and informative when answering any questions I had. The banter back and forth was lively and respectful, and by the time they had me back on the road I was feeling just as tuned up as my car. So when you stop by, make sure you say “hi”!
I had my oil change done at Take Five and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. Ray and the whole team went above and beyond quick, thorough, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and treated me like a person, not just another car in line. It's rare to find that level of courtesy and professionalism these days. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Take Five if you want fast service without sacrificing quality or customer care. Ask for Raye, you won't be disappointed!
I was the first car at the shop after seeing my daughter off to school on the first day in our area. I needed to log in for work as soon as I got home (WFH) so I was skeptical that I would only get one feature (quick service or quality service) but not both. I got both! This was also my first time at this location (new location a couple of years old), I would go to another Take 5 on the other side of Dallas where I used to reside because of their service and expertise. I was happy and impressed by the staff at the Allen location and will go back for my next oil change.
