Braden and Lane were great and so comforting, I don’t have much knowledge on vehicles and ranted to them about other car problems I just needed advice from a males perspective and they accommodated to my needs and answered questions that I had that I didn’t know the answer to with other problems in my car. They were also so kind to give me advice when I go to mechanics for the other problems in my car. May God bless them because they blessed me today and relieved a lot of stress related to my car problems they were amazing.
I can not express the amazing service received. The two gentlemen that assisted me went far over expectations! They definitely will have my business from now on. The customer service was beyond what I thought I would receive. Please note- the service took longer, ONLY because they were slammed! I had no issue with the wait time! If you want honest service, go to Take 5 on Hwy 351!!!!
Braden made my day. His customer service was superb. Probably the best experience I've had at a take 5. His energy was immaculate and I only wish I lived in abilene so I could take my car to him every time I needed an oil change. Thank you Braden. Keep up the good work.
