Great location and great customer service despite a green crew. Andy was the Shift lead/manager and did a great job teaching the crew how to handle an oil change, including what to do, how to work with the customer, etc. He also mentioned that they accept Valvoline coupons and are also competitively priced (just below Valvoline), so I now have a great new place to go for oil changes. I think the thing that impressed me the most was that, in addition to checking fluid levels, they also checked the quality of the coolant and showed why they recommended a change before winter. I was also impressed by the crew doing cleaning when there weren't cars in Bay 1. Prices are still pretty high and they're currently (Aug '26) adding a $7 surcharge that's not on their pricing signs.
The guys at Take 5 were very nice! They offered me a bottle of ice water which I immediately accepted. The guy who worked on my car was respectful and careful. Why am I giving this 4 stars instead of 5? Because their google ad said that an oil change was $60-$70. However, the price that was in the garage said the cheapest was $80 or $90 and mine, the mid-priced selection, was $110 + tax. Quite a different price. It may be that they haven't changed their prices online. I don't know. But it was a bit of a shock!
Every time I go to Take 5 it is a great experience! That is the only place that I go for my oil change. The staff is ALWAYS fun and FULL of energy and their customer service is 2nd to none and greatly appreciated! SAME EXPERIENCE AGAIN!!
