Professional service at a good price. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Service was fast in comparison to when I take my car to the dealership. I had to wait a few minutes since all the service bays were full when I arrived. But when my time came it took very little time for them to complete the job. Not all day like dealer or Walmart.
From the moment I pulled into the Take 5 location in Oakland, TN, I was greeted by Nicolas with a bottle of water, even though the team was already busy servicing other guests. Despite how occupied they were, Nicolas, Alexavier, and George each took a moment to acknowledge me and every customer who arrived, which immediately made me feel welcomed. After confirming they could service my vehicle, I gladly waited my turn. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to watch the team interact with other customers, and I was genuinely impressed. Their professionalism, kindness, teamwork, and positive attitudes made the entire experience enjoyable. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find these days, so I wanted to make sure your team received the recognition they deserve. Thank you, Nicolas, Alexavier, and George, for your outstanding service and for working so hard in 90-degree weather while still making every customer feel valued. I’ll definitely be back for my next service, and of course, I will bring more donuts! 😊
Charles and Cloud were so lovely! Can’t say I ever enjoyed getting an oil change, but they made it fun. I had a not so great day, and they made it better. Lots of laughs and smiles! They took care of my car and got me in and out. Truly recommend everyone to give take 5 a try! 💕
