I've been coming to Take 5 Oil on Charlotte Ave. for a couple of years now. I must say, the 2 gentlemen working on Tuesday Dec 17th were awesome! Those youngmen worked great together, took their time making sure everything was perfect w/my oil change, very kind & curtious. Though, it was just them, and they had a line of customers, they welcomed with good graces and remained very professional.
What a place! I just had my car serviced for 60K so the only thing I could think of that can cause my car to shake was the oil. I came in expecting an oil change. However, Aspen and her team looked at my car and suggested I go back to my mechanics to inspect the coolant before doing anything else and not wasting my money on an oil change. I was pretty shocked. This is how you keep customers coming back! I might not have gotten my oil change this time but I’m sure I’ll be back and recommend this place to all of my friends!
Bobby and my tech (Donnie, I think) were great. Fast, personable, and efficient. Even when I failed to log on to ID.me correctly for my military discount, they helped me out and got me squared away. Thanks, y’all! Will be back again… preferably before I’m 2 quarts low 😬🫣🤣
