Went in today for the first time ever going to Take 5 and was greeted instantly with a water and a friendly smile. The gentleman who was taking my info informed me that my vehicle had never gotten the coolant changed before and suggested I do so, he was knowledgeable about my cars motor and was informing me of things without the constant pressure of trying to upsell. If coworkers and him were having a laugh while remaining professional. Definitely found my new oil spot. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely outstanding service from JP, Miller, and the entire team at Take 5 Oil Change. I came in expecting a routine oil change and left genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. JP and Miller went above and beyond from the moment I pulled in. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about customer service, but these guys exceeded every expectation. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, yet I never felt rushed. They treated my truck like it was their own and made sure everything was done right. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly one of the best service visits I’ve had anywhere. If you’re looking for an oil change shop that values its customers and takes pride in its work, this is the place. JP and Miller are rock stars, and they’ve earned a customer for life. I'm always on the go in my vehicle it's definitely a lifeline at this point in my life . I'm very serious about taking care of the maintenance oil changes tires brakes etc etc stop by and got a oil change and air filter yesterday at the take 5 on memorial boulevard in Murfreesboro TN when I arrived at their location A guy walked out handed me two bottles of water we talked for a second and then I pulled into a bay overall I'm giving them a five-star the staff was very friendly and respectful down the Earth which is a big plus pretty quick with the time and got me out of the shop and back on the road I have a Chevy trailblazer and I believe it uses somewhere between 7 and 8 quarts of oil also got a brand new air filter because the other one was really nasty and clogged prices wasn't too bad with the oil price and the air filter was around $130 I'm okay with it I got an oil change at air filter in my truck is ready for another 3,000 miles on the road 🛣️ overall I'm satisfied and I recommend this place for oil change if you need it on your vehicle.
