Yesterday I went to have my oil changed, air filter etc, Hassan was very nice, very informative about what I was paying for, any questions I asked he explained them well too me, I always go to the union location the first I went there i also had a good experience. The manager talked to me asked if Hassan did everything to my satisfaction I replied yes. It's a very nice and clean facility and nice crew over there, for sure it will be the place I trust in taking care of my vehicle 😀 🫶🏾🙏🏽
Literally the best oil change experience I've ever had. All three gentlemen were incredibly knowledgeable Davis,Sylvester, and Juwan worked seamlessly together to provide efficient, competent, and transparent service. Their customer service is impeccable,they educated and provided me throughout the process,and I even received complimentary water as I waited. I was in and out within 15min. Very knowledgeable,reliant,and empathetic crew. My new favorite location.
Thank you Sylvester and the rest of the team for an excellent experience. I went in for an oil change on a newly purchased vehicle and I was able to get other services needed that I didn’t know should’ve been completed on this car. The service with Sylvester was fast, efficient, informative and he was patient with me being I had no clue what the car needed. But he shared and informed me why it was needed. I appreciate the attention as a woman I drive and never think of all the needed services to keep a car going. Thanks again!!! I will be back!
