Second time going to the Winchester location. They are so good I don’t want people to know about them. They took care of my car promptly and gave me a bottle of water. A white guy with long hair forgot his name hut he was super awesome 👏🏼 UPDATE: Came back and a lot has changed, the service is not what it used to be. They kept me waiting for over an hour then sent me away coz they were closing, the next day I came nobody approached my vehicle. Am looking for another place. I give 5 stars to the old crew but now 0 stars is enough. Bye ✌🏾
I truly enjoyed my experience at take 5 oil change. The employees were very nice and thoughtful from start to finish. I was given a nice cold bottle of water to stay hydrated while I waited. Indulge in a great conversation with Mr Courtney, who made the experience go by quick and easy. Though I may not have gotten the others names, they too did a good job. Not to mention it wasn't a bad price for my high mileage vehicle. I will be a returning customer. Thanks for everything my silver bell runs quite swell.
AJ at Take 5 Oil Change was the best part of my day! 🙌🏽 To see a man working by himself, with three vehicles in the bay, and still maintaining such a positive attitude without a single complaint was truly refreshing. AJ provided excellent customer service and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. This is a top-tier employee—the kind of employee every company should value and have on their team. AJ deserves a raise immediately! 👏🏽💯 Take care of your good employees because people like AJ make a difference!
