⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I want to give a special shout-out to Mason and the other gentleman whose name starts with D specifically him he helped me out so much and I’m so sorry that I forgot the name. But Both of them were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The gentleman whose name starts with D was especially amazing. He took the time to help me with so many things, answered my questions about my car, and even helped me understand my A/C issue. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than just getting the job done. That kind of customer service means so much, especially when you’re trying to understand what’s going on with your vehicle. Mason was also very nice and helpful, and I truly appreciate the way both of them treated me. They made me feel comfortable, respected, and welcomed. I sincerely wish both of these gentlemen the very best. Employees like them deserve to be recognized and appreciated for the way they treat their customers. I hope their management sees this review and understands how valuable they are to the team. Thank you, Mason and D, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. You both made my experience a great one! I would absolutely recommend this location because of the wonderful service I received. ❤️
I had an excellent experience with Jarian! He provided service for my oil change, radiator fluid, and windshield wipers, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He was extremely informative, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His great attitude and attention to customer service really stood out. Jarian provided excellent service from start to finish. I truly appreciate his knowledge, helpfulness, and positive attitude. He is a great representative of the company, and I will definitely be back!
Definitely worth the trip! Went for an oil change, and they recognized a coolant issue that resulted from a prior repair with a head gasket replacement (done elsewhere) that left oil in the coolant. Dejan (I hope I got your name right off your name tag, man) not only pointed it out, explained the issue, showed me the problem, but flushed the system TWICE to make sure it was clear. Would have been easy for him to just flush it and move on, but he didn’t. He took care of a customer. I’ll be back for sure.
