Today I had the opportunity and pleasure to be helped and taken care of by the gentleman named Pete. Pete , thank you for making my experience very easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be recommending family come here and see Pete!! He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and I didn’t have to wait very long whatsoever. Pete even had a coolant flush before he serviced my car , he got done with the coolant flush in an exceptional amount of time. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing Pete & Andrew here at Take 5 oil in maryville!!
Oil change and topped all fluids off the manager was new he was very polite in greeting my family and explaining what Take 5 would be ding today. The employees were very kind and fast as well When leaving they all thanked us for coming and told us to have a great day my receipt was explained very thoroughly by that same person that greet me very professional here this was our first time here
Review went from 1 to 5 stars. Turns out the old staff (Fredy and Gabriel) charged me for multiple services, but never completed it and have since been fired. The new crew (Val, AJ, Eli, and Pete) caught it, called corporate, and remedied everything. New staff is super friendly and handles business. They also support military/veterans and first responders here!
