I had the best oil change experience I've ever had at Take 5! Andrew, Moe, and Luc provided quick, thorough service while replacing my oil, cabin air filter, and engine air filter. Their teamwork was outstanding, and the customer service was truly amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Lexington TN. The staff was incredibly friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I loved that I could stay in my car during the entire oil change. It was super convenient and quick. They even brought me a cold bottled water while I waited which was such a thoughtful touch. Great service, great communication, and a team that truly cares about customer comfort. I will definitely be back.
Super friendly, fast, thorough and informative service. Greeted us immediately- and offered water bottles, kindly guided me into position to get a fast, thorough oil change and filter, showing me everything and giving me plenty of choices. I never felt pushed or persuaded to purchase anything I didn’t want, I left feeling great about the choice to go here. Luc and Trent were especially helpful and there was one other great guy there, I didn’t catch his name, but I’ll definitely be back and definitely recommend take 5 to everyone.
