Stopped in on a whim while in town running some errands . Can I just say I’ve been to a lot of garages /oil change places in my life and have never met more friendly people . From the second we pulled up to the second we left . The staff were very knowledgeable in what they were doing . Can not reccomend this place enough. Most places try to upsell you when you go into other things, we needed a new air filter but they weren’t pushy and actually showed us the air filter that needed replacing. We live 45 minutes away but I will 100 percent be bringing all of my vehicles to this location. 10/10!
Fantastic customer service went above and beyond for me today. Came in fir a top off on my oil and a tire pressure check in between oil changes. Said my car was still running a little hot so the checked my air filters replaced them both and gave me a discount for buying both. Successfully got me back in working order for a safe trip back home. Highly recommended and will return during my next visit.
I love this place. They’re always super courteous and helpful. Steve did a phenomenal job, recommended exactly what I needed and no unnecessary upselling, and took care of my concerns. When I was concerned I’d be late for an appointment, he gave me a coupon for my return trip. I’m a take 5 loyalist. Will be back!
