Probably one of the best car service experiences I've ever had. Two different people greeted me immediately with a cold bottle of water, asked what services I needed, and gave me an estimated wait time. They explained what my options were, and everything they did and even gave me insight for things to look out for when maintenance would be due on my car in the future. I did not feel like they were trying to tell me things that weren't true just to get me to pay, the way I feel at other auto service shops. I'll be back in about 5,000 miles! Thank you!
the guys @ Take5 Donelson gave exceptional service. 90+ degrees I was greeted with a complimentary bottle of water. Permission was asked before opening car doors. They kept abreast of everything they were doing; engaged in idle conversation with me because it’s what I do; Talk. I remember Matt & Drew by name but the entire team did just that; team work. I’ll definitely be returning
Going in to get my oil changed on a hot day. They offered me ice cold water and popsicles. Alongside giving me insight on things that have happend to my car to which were minor fixes or with a heads up on fixing/replacing. Basically they helped me out alot on what probably would've been bad situations in the future. Would definitely come back again.
