Oil Change in Crossville, TN at 2384 N. Main St.

Fantastic location and if people say otherwise well they didn’t go here. Out of town and had issue due to something thrown in roadway and couldn’t avoid hitting it, and lil was leaking underneath we the truck after driving. I go to Take 5 oil change locations and I mean all throughout the USA for I’m a nomad traveling fulltime for over 2 years so far and continuing .. this being said the 3 employees working when I went two males and a female were professional, very polite and very detail in explaining to customers what they were doing with the servicing to their vehicles and what they were receiving. They may be a tinge slower but the detail they offer makes it hands down the location to go to. Because I had an issue and was losing some oil the one employee was able to see nothing major and by my wishes didn’t do anything of tampering under my truck and listened to my wishes of the wording “please just look, don’t do anything and let me know” he did see the filter was slightly lose and I then asked him to tighten to up some. I continued my travels and it appears no leaking occurred again throughout 2 more states of travel to where I could get my whole truck looked over for servicing. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten their names but rest assure I will be going back to this location when in the eastern area of Tennessee in Crossville. There is another Take 5 further up the road but the one I’m referring to is on the left coming into town coming off interstate 40, and Lowe’s across the street. Thanks you three, for patience and for listening to a customer and her concerns, and the issue fixed at hand. Great job and I will be back by at some point!!

I refuse to go anywhere else. This business is amazing. Customer service is off the charts when you pull in. We were asked if we wanted cold bottled water as their team came together, each member doing something different. We needed a fuel filter they didn't have in stock so they had one sent from another location within minutes. The precision of their actions, calling out each stage and step, requiring confirmation of each item.....was so refreshing and fun to watch. Felt like we were at an Imdy car pit stop. This was my 3rd oil change since we arrived in January and I cannot recommend d them enough. We had a fun moment when they opened the hood and found a massive bird nest so those are the only pictures I have. Well done guys, we will be back!

The manager Alex and her employee Travis helped me out on my last visit when my wife's car broke down. They took me to autozone and helped get it fixed even though it took hours out of their day they were polite and professional the whole time definitely recommend coming here and will be a loyal customer.
