Oil Change in Columbia, TN at 1203 S James Campbell Blvd.

To be honest I was a little nervous to take my new truck to get a oil change since my husband normally does all of ours but we’re going out of town and needed one done asap so I went to take 5 in Columbia for the first time. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Josh with a smile and a ice cold bottle of water. I voiced my concerns and he reassured me that himself and another well trained tech named Russ would make sure they took great care of my truck. Pulled into the bay Russ greeted us with a smiling face as well. Got all my information and started servicing my vehicle. I had my granddaughter in the truck with me and Lexy greeted her with a smile and several packs of fruit snack snacks which was so sweet of her that made my granddaughter’s day! They also checked all of my fluid fluids windshield wiper coolant, put air in my tires. I’m 100% satisfied with them and their great customer service! Highly recommend and will Definitely go back!

One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment ever. The people working here are very polite and friendly. I waited A little bit to get my service and the manager kept apologizing but it really wasn’t a long wait time. They are working in the heat and still are fast and just so friendly. I’ve always been kinda hesitant to take my vehicle to a place that has quick service but I’ve heard great things about this place so I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m really glad I did. 10/10 everything. I wish I could remember all their names but I went on 8/6/26 at about 5:30ish. EVERYONE was amazing and helping each other. The teamwork and rapport with the employees was well on display. Shout out to whoever runs this business at store level for creating such a great work environment for the employees and a great place to get services for vehicles.

Very fast friendly service! Free water as soon as you pull up. This place doesn’t try to push everything on you. They allow you to make you own decisions without pressuring to get new wiper blades, new air filters etc. This place simply gives you their recommendations and you make the choice. There is one catch, it’s a little higher priced than some other places I’ve been. I’m gonna say around $10 - $20 higher than just up the road. Plus this place doesn’t carry mobile one any longer. IMO if you’re not selling top tier products don’t charge top tier prices. I can’t say enough about the service though, it was great.
