I came in for an oil change and also needed some help getting my tires filled, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. They made the entire visit quick and easy while still taking the time to make sure everything was done right. Joden offered me cold water right away, and the rest of the team was smiles and great stories. Sergio, Joden, and Nikita are a fantastic team and a huge asset to the Collierville location. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!
Granted it was a Very hot day and I wouldn’t want to be outside, but is an oil change really up to north of $150.00? V8 truck and I even brought my own factory OEM filter. Spent just shy of 30 mins having it done , not 10. It’s hot sitting inside the car too! Big blackboard for employees read, “big 5”….wipers, radiator flush, Cabin and air filters, differential lubricant change out…. They emphasize the upsell of these products!
If I could give a higher rating than 10, I would. This is the best take 5 location that i’ve been too, and i’ve lived in a few states across the south. The entire staff was so kind, and explained everything very well…i didn’t know the difference in the types of oils that a toyota rav 4 could take. They ran multiple safety checks to make sure that everything was how it should be before i drove away (i went to midas once and they literally let me DRIVE AWAY AND CALLED ME BACK SO THEY COULD TIGHTEN MY LUGNUTS BACK UP—THEY LET ME DRIVE AWAY WITH LOOSE LUGNUTS…so the safety checks were appreciated) 1000/10. Chris, Ash, and Nikita all deserve employee of the year awards💅🏻
