I came in for an oil change and also needed some help getting my tires filled, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. They made the entire visit quick and easy while still taking the time to make sure everything was done right. Joden offered me cold water right away, and the rest of the team was smiles and great stories. Sergio, Joden, and Nikita are a fantastic team and a huge asset to the Collierville location. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!
If I could give a higher rating than 10, I would. This is the best take 5 location that i’ve been too, and i’ve lived in a few states across the south. The entire staff was so kind, and explained everything very well…i didn’t know the difference in the types of oils that a toyota rav 4 could take. They ran multiple safety checks to make sure that everything was how it should be before i drove away (i went to midas once and they literally let me DRIVE AWAY AND CALLED ME BACK SO THEY COULD TIGHTEN MY LUGNUTS BACK UP—THEY LET ME DRIVE AWAY WITH LOOSE LUGNUTS…so the safety checks were appreciated) 1000/10. Chris, Ash, and Nikita all deserve employee of the year awards💅🏻
They were extremely kind, thorough and informative. My son could have done my air filter and I would’ve paid less than $35 for just the part, but I figured while I was there I would just get it replaced and pay the extra $35 on top of my oil change charges. Total bill was a lot higher this time than it usually is, but the convenience and friendly service was worth it to me. More pricy than getting the filter and doing it yourself but again, it was one and done so it was fine this time.
