Oil Change in Clinton, TN at 115 Welcome Lane.

I usually go to take five oil change. I’m in and out in a flash and they do a good job. Today I was wanting only the oil change, not the filters, which is what I’ve done the last few times because I don’t like to be upsold on super expensive extras. The young men today took the time and effort it took to explain to me why it was important to change the filters that they were looking at, as well as show me what they looked like compared to what it looked like fresh and new. I didn’t realize that it had gotten as dirty as it had gotten since the last time I had it checked. The manager gave me ann unexpected discount on both filters, encouraging me to go ahead and change them for cleaner breathing air, for my car as well as for myself, and better gas mileage. The entire cost cost, including the complimentary fluid refills, was $180. To me, that’s worth the customer service and the understanding of what I’m getting and why, as well as the product itself. Chris was the name of the manager that helped me out today. I didn’t catch the young men’s names that worked on the car, but every single one of them were very helpful and had positive and friendly attitudes all the way around 10 out of 10. I will definitely return. And this time I’ll make sure to return to that location specifically. 💜

What started off as a simple phone call with questions turned into a very satisfied customer. Chris, Robert, and Ryan went above and beyond to provide excellent service. As an UBER driver, I require an oil change every 3 weeks and I will definitely be coming here from now on!!! I highly recommend this establishment!

Great service. Lots of new guys training and paid really good attention to detail. Would definitely recommend over valvoline or any other “quick service” stations in the Knoxville/Clinton area!
