Oil Change in Rapid City, SD at 507 N Cambell St.

I was pleasantly surprised by the two young men who performed an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler today. I pulled up a little after 5pm, half-expecting to be too late for them to change the oil before close. I was met by a worker who had me stop just short of the bay so he could look at the oil & filter requirements to be sure the items were in stock before they began work (it's a Jeep thing). Once confirmed, they went over the options available insofar as oil type, longevity, etc, and got right to work. They were very professional, courteous, communicated well with me, and with each other, which is imperative for safety reasons. As I sat in my car during the process, they both informed me of each step and kept me apprised as to progress. Under normal circumstances, I would most likely have appreciated their efforts with a small tip, but this was an exception...it was over 100 degrees today (7/27/26) and these guys were doing their job over hot engines and equipment while remaining polite, informative, courteous, and wore a smile on their faces the whole time. I asked each of them how old they were as they looked about the same age as my son. One was 19 and the other 20. It was incredibly refreshing to see such an amazing work ethic in "kids" this age. They seemed to understand what it takes to develop and foster long-term or repeat customers and not simply move cars through like cattle. I'll be taking all my vehicles to this location in the future.

First time there. Took a little time but I wasn't in a rush. The guys were super helpful and nice. I found a coupon and they let me know how I can top off on my due date. Super neat! All in all will definitely come back again. See you guys soon! 🤗

Everybody there was courteous helpful and nice they went over everything I might need helped me reset my oil change life indicator will definitely be my go-to place from now on. Thank you very much.
