Oil Change in Summerville, SC at 1849 State Road.

Very professional service. And free water was offered. Twice. Mike was extremely amazing. Everyone that was there including the ones that didn't work on the vehicle was very professional. Everything was explained & I couldn't ask for better service. I feel like I was educated on some things. I will continue to come back as long as I'm living and the business is here. Wait a minute it's supposed to be that yellow color it's supposed to be that yellowish color and mine was dark like that okay hey could you text someone more time the the red bottle thing that you guys put in there so you said when you get down to about a quarter tank then fill it up yet? But they are proven to really do help longevity anyways plastic reminders

Had an incredible experience here this morning with Tarris and Mike especially, but really everyone was great! Tarris is so sweet, informative, and charismatic. He could sell me ice in the Antarctic winter and I would ask for more. 😂 Mike noticed my dog person air freshener and showed me his beautiful border collie/aussie mix Venus. ♡ Loved connecting with him over having the same breed dog! I'll come here every time I need my oil changed now thanks to how wonderful everyone was and the quick, exceptional service. Please give them a raise ASAP!

I say “boys” but don’t let that mislead you. These boys have always treated me with respect. They are through, offer services with rationales and simple explanations for those who aren’t “car people.” I am a car person, and worked as a service manager in a garage in my past. They aren’t offended when I tell them I have all the air filters, wiper blades and replace on my own. In fact I was even told if I was feeling lazy to swing by with the wiper blades and they would “pop them on.” These are a group that I would have loved to have working for me in my garage.
