My first time there, Chris came up and greeted me. We chit chatted a little bit and he gave me information about the process and types of oil. I was properly guided in by Daniel. They went to work quickly, Andre/ Andrei took my information and was so super helpful and polite. We all had a great chat about cars and stuff. Very polite checkout process. Btw under 30 minutes , I clocked it and that was awesome. After my oil change I had to drive home (86miles) and I was pleasantly surprised by how the car performed. I used to do my own oil changes, but I will be back in about a month. Looking forward to seeing the team.
We came to Take 5 in Spartanburg for an oil change, and they went above and beyond. They changed our oil, replaced our coolant, and made sure everything with our car was in good working order. Lee Johnson, our cashier, was amazing. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what they were doing every step of the way. He didn’t leave us confused and took the time to answer our questions, which we really appreciated. A huge thank you to Jesus, Jamari, Blade, and Marcos as well. They were efficient, reliable, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. They even pointed out parts our car was missing or may need attention in the future, which showed they genuinely cared about keeping our vehicle safe and running well. I highly recommend Take 5 in Spartanburg to anyone needing an oil change, coolant service, or other vehicle maintenance. I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I own a diesel truck and have had difficulty finding somewhere to get my oil changed. The service was quick, professional, and the entire team was friendly from start to finish. A special shout-out to the manager, Jeremy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and that I understood the services being performed. His positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to great customer service really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in running a great team.
